  • Operating Agreement — the document the banks ask for to prove you own it
  • Two calls with me — one to get your payments working, one on finding your first customers

Stripe, Mercury and Wise each decide for themselves. I prepare every application and I know what they look for, but nobody can promise approval.

Payment confirms the appointment. One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions and late cancellations are non-refundable.

Prices are in USD and exclude tax. A 20% tax will be added where legally applicable.

Before you buy.

How does pricing work, and is tax included?

Every ready-to-buy service has a fixed scope and a fixed price, listed on its own page along with what is not included. All prices are listed in USD and exclude tax. A 20% tax will be added where legally applicable.

Is advertising budget included in the ad management price?

No. Ad spend is always separate and paid directly by you to Meta or TikTok. The management fee covers strategy, setup, creative, optimisation and reporting. The recommended minimum spend is $500 per month for Meta and $600 per month for TikTok, and the fixed management price applies up to $3,000 per month in ad spend.

Can you guarantee rankings, leads or results?

No, and neither can anyone else honestly. Platform approvals, organic growth, leads, sales, search rankings, AI citations and return on ad spend depend on third parties and cannot be guaranteed. What I commit to is the work itself: the deliverables, the timeline and the revision rounds stated in your package.

What if I need something that is not on the list?

Bilingual websites, e-commerce stores, branding, filming, advanced funnels, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, WhatsApp systems and AI tools all need a custom scope. Book a 45-minute consultation for $40 and we will define the solution, priorities, timeline and budget together, then I will send a written proposal.

How many revisions do I get?

It is stated on every package. Website and landing page projects include 2 revision rounds. Monthly content services include one revision round per batch. Anything beyond that is quoted separately, so nothing is ambiguous when we start.
